GIMS Qatar 2023 will coincide with the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Qatar

The inaugural Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS), which will take place in Doha from October 5-14, 2023, will coincide with the 2023 Qatar Formula 1 Grand Prix on October 8, Qatar Tourism (QT) announced on Friday.
GIMS Qatar 2023 will be held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) and several other prominent venues across the city for 10 days, providing car enthusiasts with unforgettable and exceptional automotive experiences.
The event was designed to be a cutting-edge auto show, the first of its kind, bringing together the biggest players in the global automotive industry in a truly immersive space, a statement from QT explained.
The newly organized car festival will showcase the latest car designs, innovations and technologies in car shows, first reveals and various test drives, including at the Lusail International Circuit.
A preview of the highly anticipated Qatar Auto Museum exhibition, which will showcase one of the world’s most remarkable car collections, from supercars and limited editions to racing and classic cars, will complete the program.
