In general, low achievement is related to several aspects of a student’s college experience, only some of which are present prior to enrollment. Lack of self-confidence and confidence in the medium is considered the most crucial factor for students. Due to a lack of enthusiasm in the course, there is a lack of instruction or application. If you’re not communicating, asking for help, or having trouble making the transition to college life, you’re not alone. Communication and engagement in the classroom and in other academic (and extracurricular) activities are important.
Students, especially the “weak”, appreciate teachers’ excellent teaching skills and conceptual understanding, but often share their frustrations with teachers who have less knowledge (or outdated knowledge) and those who are unable to communicate what is ‘they know because of insufficient teaching skills or experience. Several proposals for increasing the effectiveness of teaching to help weak students have emerged from our interactions with students, faculty, and administrators at engineering institutions (as well as others). Efforts to improve classroom procedures: One of the most pressing requirements is that teachers be able to give students appropriate attention and include them in the daily lesson. To improve lessons, teachers can adopt one or more of the following approaches.
• Start by asking students what they know, then gradually build their knowledge and confidence by teaching them familiar material before moving on to a new or challenging topic.
• Describe the importance of a subject being taught and its connection to the real world, industry, etc.
• Use concrete examples, especially when discussing complex ideas. Students have shown a strong desire to balance theory and practice, which includes allocating more time to lab work, projects, industry visits, internships, and apprenticeships.
• Use materials other than the textbook to organize lessons into points, with appropriate examples in each.
• Move around the room, communicate with the children while they are working on problems or reading materials, or even just teaching the lesson.
• Speak loudly and clearly.
• Use materials other than blackboards and chalk, overhead projectors and powerpoints to make education more visible and tactile. Classrooms can be equipped with boards, models, projectors and films to make teaching more graphic and interactive.
• Provide students with feedback on their performance and suggestions for improving it. Weak students (and others) claim that they rarely receive constructive criticism, and in other cases they receive none. Teachers must learn to provide such feedback in addition to making it part of their responsibilities.

We need to resolve and memorize all of the information, because that’s when we can see which topics we remember and which we forget. The material you were reading will be much clearer after the session than it was at the start.
