WASHINGTON DC, July 21, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Paralyzed Veterans of America Executive Director Carl Blake released a statement today in response to the Senate’s confirmation of Dr. Shereef Elnahal as Undersecretary of Health of the Veterans Health Administration (HAV).
